"Rebecca was a huge asset in our home buying and home selling journey. Her knowledge and guidance were paramount in making our selling and buying experience as stress-free as possible. Initially, we had planned to buy a pre-existing home and had several key qualifying conditions. With each home we toured, Rebecca was careful to observe and note our desires and wants beyond those key criteria. Having someone who paid attention to the small things, and knew what we liked and didn’t like, really made the home buying experience more enjoyable. Ultimately, we decided we were too particular and instead shifted to designing and building a new home. Even in working with a builder, Rebecca was there to support us, serve as a second pair of eyes, and discuss design options based on what she knew we liked and didn’t like. She made sure we took the right precautions to avoid hiccups in the building process. For example, she guided us in getting pre-drywall inspections and other inspections to ensure there were no surprises when we moved in. All the while, she was also helping us prepare our old home to maximize value and potential buyer interest. With her guidance we made affordable but impactful upgrades and repairs to our home. She helped us navigate the timing of our listing by thoroughly analyzing the market, including days on market for similar listings and sales price projections. Her knowledge really helped make the transition from our old home to the new home as smooth as possible. With multiple small children and pets, it was a need of ours to not have a significant time between selling and moving into the new home or conversely, carrying two mortgages. With Rebecca’s insights and recommendations, we were able to avoid those issues and had a successful home selling experience that paired nicely with moving into the newly built home.
